Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers incredibly comfortable and spacious rooms with almost all equipment in excellent condition, including a full kitchen and convenient laundry facilities. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with directions, recommendations, and even watching over equipment. The location is outstanding, with easy access to both Lionshead and Vail Village, offering a delightful ambiance on terraces. The dining experience was exceptional, akin to dining for gods. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for our group of ten, well-appointed with flat TVs in all the bedrooms and living room, a full kitchen with all the utensils we needed right next to the cozy gas fireplace in the basement. The location offered a serene mountain experience, although a bit off the main path in Vail. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the spare ribs, and the facilities were top-notch.
Wow! This hotel was an absolute gem. The rooms were top-notch, with a phenomenal shower and whirlpool tub. They were spacious, had modern decor, 5 full bathrooms, and even laundry in unit. The service was exceptional; from housekeeping to the concierge staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was superb, walking distance to everything and offering stunning views. The dining experience was heavenly, especially the fried rice. The facilities were outstanding, making our stay exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were fabulous, with comfortable beds and plenty of space all furnished to a very high standard. The 'teen' room could use some love, but overall, the classic western style was charming without going overboard. The service was so warm, friendly, and full of information on activities, truly ensuring a fantastic vacation experience. The location, nestled in Lionshead Village, was perfect for both convenience and enjoying the mountain air. The dining was divine, like a culinary experience fit for the gods. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
The hotel offers very nice rooms but our experience with the bedding was not the greatest. The rooms were huge and provided everything one finds at home, up to and including any reason to make a return visit.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms booked through central booking were very nice, clean, and well-equipped with small humidifiers for added comfort. I particularly loved the beautiful master bathroom with a steam shower. The only minor downside was that the air in the rooms felt a bit dry, but the humidifiers helped with that.
The hotel was situated slightly off the main path in Vail, offering clean rooms with convenient terraces to enjoy the mountain air but a bit removed from the bustling areas. The location was favorable for easy access to both Lionshead and Vail Village, although some may find it slightly isolated. The dining experience was exceptional, akin to food fit for gods, with a highlight on pho cuisine. The facilities were well provided with modern amenities.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. From the outstanding rooms with drinks, coffee, and snacks available most hours of the day to the excellent ski valet services, this hotel truly impressed me. The service, from the helpful concierges to the attentive staff, was wonderful throughout my entire stay.
The hotel offers a nice stay with spacious, clean rooms that are well-equipped. The service is top-notch, with helpful and considerate staff. Its location is perfect for exploring the Vail area. Although the dining options are limited, the facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, resembling the comfort of a home, yet the furnishings fell short in impressiveness. The service was top-notch, with staff being incredibly helpful and courteous, anticipating needs and offering great assistance. The location was convenient for various activities, from skiing to enjoying the mountain air, with easy access to transportation and stunning views.
The hotel had spacious common areas but tight bedrooms. The rooms were fabulous, making us wish our home was as nice. However, they could use some love. The service was helpful and knowledgeable, making up for not being ski in ski out. The location was perfect, just far enough away from the hustle and great for exploring Vail and Lions Head Village. The dining was divine, like for gods. The facilities were top-notch.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were like a dream – beautiful, comfortable, and even had small humidifiers to keep the air just right. They were better than my own house, with comfy beds, huge bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even laundry facilities. The service was exceptional, taking care of everything for my skiing needs and always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, within walking distance of both Lionshead and Vail Village, and with top-of-the-line appliances in the room. The dining experience was heavenly, especially the nachos. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly luxurious.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were like a dream, offering everything you could possibly need from a full kitchen to laundry facilities to the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. The only downside was the bedding option could have been better, but overall, the room was about the size of my house, which was fantastic.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location in Lionshead, a short walk from the Gondola, which provided a beautiful setting for exploring Vail and Lions Head Village. The rooms were above my expectations in terms of cleanliness and were a cozy retreat. While the service went above and beyond, there were some minor issues with the organization of activities. The dining experience was heavenly, although the options were limited. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of entertaining amenities.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, extremely quiet, and above our expectations in terms of cleanliness. I loved the great kitchen, fireplace, and large dining table. With two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, fireplace, and a spectacular view of the mountain, it was truly a luxurious experience. However, the dining, though like for gods, could have offered more variety. Still, the hotel's location was perfect, just far enough away from the hustle, with beautiful views of the mountain and the gondola. The service was exceptional, with some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered.
